We offer a refund for cancellations made within the first 30 days of the initial subscription or the renewal date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The cancellation request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period.
  • The subscription must be in good standing without any outstanding payments or breaches of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request should be made by the account holder or an authorized representative.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial subscription or the most recent renewal. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment account within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
  • Setup fees, if applicable
  • Usage charges or overage fees incurred during the subscription period
  • Charges for any additional services or add-ons purchased separately from the subscription
